Advice on fighting fatigue for #spoonies

I guess you clicked on the link to hopefully find the miracle solution to fight fatigue. Unfortunately, I’m not a magician (yet). If you’re living with chronic illness, you know that when fatigue kicks in, even the smallest tasks seem unachievable. The only thing I can do to help today, is share some tips I use when I really need/want to keep going.

HAVE GOALS
Having a definite idea of where you want to be will help pushing through. These are the purposes of what make you go out of your bed and try to achieve something. For a bigger boost, watch/listen to people who inspire you in your domain and let their motivation be yours.
MORE OF WHAT YOU LIKE
If you have goals, you should enjoy them. It’s well known that doing what you like is much easier and takes less energy. Don’t say you can’t do what you love – yes – you have a choice. I know it might be really hard for some of you right now, but do your best and try.
LIGHTER PLANS
Passion in your mind is awesome, but remember your own limits. Plan your week ahead and take into account breaks, which allow you to rest. Making lighter plans doesn’t mean you’re doing nothing, you’re achieving much more than you think. There no use in forcing and shaming yourself for what you can’t do.
And when nothing goes right, go to sleep.
